Is it reasonable to assume that if you make it to S2 or Manager at a big PA firm that you will likely never make less than 6 figures for the rest of your career?

I read an internal document that says you need to be a Band 35 to be considered for roles in the US (from India - there are a bunch of other conditions too). Is that the same for roles in other countries too (say UK/EU)?
