I am contemplating a move to industry working at a VC, Tax Director role east coast. Looks like it will be primarily overseeing compliance with some aspect of advising on structures etc. There is another tax reporting head above me.

The potential comp is the low 200k with a 10% bonus (still higher than what I am making). I feel this is pretty low for VC standards but maybe my standards are also too high. I have generally seen 25% bonus with carry.

Any thoughts?

The only things I wish were different in Avengers End Game were
1. For Black Widow to get a better send off (rocket literally ruins the emotional movement by startling Tony within minutes of Scarlett's death, which I felt was kind of disrespectful.)
2. For Hulk to get a re-fight with Thanos one on one or even along with the other 3 OGs.

I received a 2 year continued service agreement costing $12,000 in effect fot individuals who 'leave voluntarily' within the allotted timeframe.
