Are recruiters no longer reaching out to people. It felt like I’d get a message every few months 4 months ago and now it feels like there is nothing coming my way. Is that being seen by others or are my skills just no longer in demand? I know the market is bad, but I don’t think they’re too much worse than 6 months ago…

It's always up and down for me. Some months it’s nonstop, other months crickets. I changed my profile picture and am already getting more. I think it’s just a matter of being relevant in the algorithm again.

Does anyone know how long it takes to get an communication for document upload for verification after getting an email for shortlisting and for keeping the list of documents ready from c2c@cognizant.com.
It was an off campus drive for freshers where my brother had applied and cleared all the rounds and it's been more than 2 weeks now since he received that email for keeping the docs ready for verification.
