Hi Everyone !!!
This June I completed my 9 months at Career Level 12 and Sub Level 3 I.e, CL 12.3 at Accenture Operations. My Annual Talent Discussion and One-on-One with People Lead is complete as of last week.
I have 3 questions now :
1. When can I expect to move to 12.2 ?
2. What is the general hike I can expect ? And when it is reflected ?
3. When will be the variable pay will be paid out ?
Can anyone here help me with this performance cycle part ? I am really confused.

I'd be pretty skeptical of that. It strikes me as some classic LinkedIn self-promotion. Recruiters don't work with companies and then negotiate against them, let's be real.
There is no way, and if there isn't I have never encountered anyone that did that. However, I think that recruiters get paid based on your overall salary offer so it would benefit them to tell you to ask for more. I could be wrong about that but that is what I have heard.
If there are, I certainly haven't met them lol. All of the recruiters I've been in touch with have been totally impersonal and frankly bad at advocating for me. I can't imagine any of them coaching me on how to negotiate a salary, though of course I would love for a recruiter to act like this.
Sounds like LinkedIn nonsense to me. Surprised it didn’t start with an abstract analogy, though glad to see the closing string of inspirational hash tags.
It’s a fine line. I met one who looked out for me and asked for maximum salary but then he said during interview with management another candidate said they were willing to take less. A lot of companies have budgets for managers and their team and if they keep it under budget they get a percentage of that as a bonus.
