Just finished my degree in managerial science and have a minor in marketing and a Sales certificate. Have had 4 different management jobs. Just accepted an opportunity as a district manager for an Insurance company. Not 100% sure about Commission-based only. Would love to manage in the sales world, and would love to travel on a weekly basis. Any advice or am I aiming for something unrealistic at the moment?

For those who have started traveling again... I recently started flying for work and am noticing increased discrimination on Delta Airlines. As a brown person have experienced that in the past, but lately it’s blatant. I’m a diamond and a million miler however, I see more and more out of turn upgrades. Have you experienced and what dis you do about it?

We flew back from Ireland today on Delta. Our connecting flight from JFK at 6:10 was cancelled while we were flying over the Atlantic Ocean, and we were rebooked on a 3:40 instead (2.5 hours earlier) but not notified. I received no email, text or app notification of the flight cancellation or the new flight we were placed on, so we missed it. They now cannot get us home tonight and won’t even guarantee they can get us home tomorrow, impacting my work, (cont)…

I recently accepted an offer and have onboarding coming up. Any idea how busy I’ll be in the evenings for those couple of days? Chase Sapphire Reserve is not able to book a ticket for me on Air India because the flight is not showing up on their system. The flights shows up everywhere else including on Expedia, which powers Chase’s portal. Anyone had similar experience?
