No. It’s fine. You ultimately need to do what’s best for your career

This would be a red flag for me, without a compelling reason (moving cross country to be near family, etc).
A1 I don't know why you're so hellbent on acting like lateraling too much couldn't possibly hurt OP, or calling peoples' comments "asinine" when you're the only person in here giving reckless advice. You can't really explain away multiple quick moves if your resume goes right into the trash before anyone even talks to you.
OP can make whatever move they want to make and it could end up not mattering (e.g. they go in house next or lateral again to one of the firms that doesn't care about this), but they should be fully informed on how that might be perceived... which is presumably what they want considering that they posted this thread.

Agree with P1, two moves in 1.5 years would be a red flag for me. If there’s a legitimate reason that’s fine, but being bored is not it. Behaving in a way that comes across as flaky and fickle is definitely not what is “best for your career.”

Shouldn't be an issue. Have an answer ready in case it comes up.
Depends on the market. The advice I’ve gotten as a mid-senior is 2 years minimum unless special circumstances
Does being bored mean you’re not getting good work experience? That would be a legit reason to move. Does it mean you’re tired of the practice area? Might consider a different type of move…
Hard to tell… a bit more of the former.
