Are you all hearing back from the companies you applied to and didn't get the job in? It sometimes feels like job applications are barely ever being seen by any human eyes

Actually, I gave Interview for BackEnd Developer @ Itilite. I was selected in the interview process (2 Tech DSA Based + HR) and got a mail stating that our interview panel is really impressed with your domain related expertise in order to proceed with offer negotiation please submit your documents. Now after 2-3 days of document submission, they came up by saying they cant move forward with my candidature.

I am still amazed how can they do this after asking my documents.

Does anyone have a resume writer or career coach they could recommend? Feel free to PM if easier!

Few days back I had cleared 2 technical and one managerial round in JPMC. But not yet received any update from HR yet. Can someone please let me know how long will they take to contact after completing 3 rounds? And any idea how long will they take to schedule HR Round?

Job offers. Got an offer from Parker hannifin within 2 weeks of application. Still going through interview process with Rockwell automation, 3 interviews and over a month. Operation manager said I will be hearing from Hr soon on next steps. Leverage offer with Parker or take the job?

Are AWS phone screen interviews done via video calls? Do I need to be mindful of where I am taking the call from? Or is it usually a chime audio call?

Preparing for my final round case interview and I’ve realized that whereas prior to the first round I was pretty comfortable with casing, now I’m less and less so since I’m increasingly anxious that I could not come up with the right buckets. I’m also doing more untraditional cases at times which makes me feel like I’m not performing that well. Has anyone experienced similar things? How did you cope with it/What’s your advice? I’ve now been a B2B2C Key Account Manager at a Fitness Tech scale up for 6 mos and would like to be making more $ so am considering applying to other B2B SaaS companies. I currently own the entire (long) sales cycle from prospecting to account management. I’d like to stay in a similar role in another company. Will I have a difficult time landing an SDR/BDR, AE or CSM role elsewhere? I’m a 48 yo female.

RSUs granted on dollar value or by # of shares & stock price trends
Vesting schedule
strike price on ISOs & delta between strike price and real market value

For instance, most of value in Amazon's comp seems to be granted in years 3 & 4, but it's well known that most people last only 2 years max there.

I’ve been lay off this afternoon because low performance, it just two weeks ago I talked to my manager and told her that she’s micromanaging me a lot and I need more autonomy at my work. I didn’t like what they’ve done to me specially I’ve been redundant from the previous role before joining this company.
