I’ve been working a Boston based commercial lender for about 9 months as a credit analyst since leaving my relationship manager/portfolio manager role in agricultural lending. I’m job searching right now and applied for a job I was a little overqualified for just to shoot my shot and get my foot in the door with a great brand. Hi! I have been working in marketing and advertising for ~5 years and recently started exploring the freelance side of things. I started conversations with a small boutique studio about doing Facebook ads for them and they asked what my retainer fee would be to manage them. Since iOS 14 changes, Facebook ads isn't the same anymore. Why?

A. >75% iOS users denied tracking. They are no longer tracked across websites/apps. Facebook lost its edge.
B. Targeting and conversion tracking aren't as effective anymore.
C. Many advertisers have been migrating their budgets from Facebook to Apple and Amazon ads.
