In my 13 years, I have had a few instances where I felt extremely uncomfortable. A few examples:

1- A senior partner jokingly asking if I was part of ISIS.
2- A partner I reported to wanting to know if a mosque opening up in his neighbourhood would drive down property values.
3- Regular references by one partner on how he appreciates Muslims keep women in their place 🙄

10+ years here and had some uncomfortable moments but nothing too extraordinary. Most memorable is a client contact that was pure anti-Muslim and made it known many times during dinners. Took a lot to bite my tongue with the crap that was spewing out of his mouth.
