I completely agree with you re: toxic hustle culture, but if I were in your shoes, I would avoid commenting (for now, at least) only because it is so easy for people/recruiters who visit your profile to see your recent posts and comments. I think liking comments/posts that go against hustle culture could be a good way to push back, and hopefully once you're employed you can have more freedom in what you post
I internally agree with all of that. But social media is a show, too. Probably smart to avoid any issues with trying to call out things you don’t like if it can be seen negatively while job hunting.
The real badge of honor is having work life balance. I no longer care about hustle and grind. I care about spending time with the people and things that matter the most.
