As for me, working in accounting is my passion but I feel i need to start traveling , I spent too much time on work. I also need to start a family time is going fast , I just haven't found life in it's right meaning yet.

I have a young son who's at home with me all day right now and I'm looking for a job that I can work from home, but in the meantime we need to eat and I need to pay my rent. Thanks for any advice.

How does a sole engineer at a company go about getting management to actually care how production machines run? I’m the only mechanical engineer at my company dealing with a half dozen cranky production managers who think that I can “work my magic” on a machine. It’s not magic, just ignorance about the machine actually works. How to I get a manager to stop caring about the end product long enough for me to actually teach them about their own machine?

Sure people talking in bengali can be irrating the same way I got irritated when I used to see telegu people in Hyderabad and Marathi people in pune talk in office, but it's fine man. Majority would always have a bearing right. But as far as I understand bengali people are very very accommodative.

People who aren’t diagnosed generally have misconceptions about ADHD and its symptoms, and I’m so grateful we have this bowl to seek help, learn from one another, and sometimes just vent! It’s a non-tech product marketing role. I want to take the job but I don’t know if moving out of tech would be a bad move for a product marketer? Would it be harder to pivot back to tech?

When taking an exam for the cpa, is it done on a computer with a keyboard with a numpad and you do all your calculations on an onscreen calculator? Or is it done pencil and paper? Trying to decide on a new personal laptop and wondering if I should get one with a numpad to get used to punching in numbers or just a small one without it.
