As just graduated 1 year with bad gpa (3.2) how do you asses to kinda continue to process from cv to the interview? Is internship with handling so much project enough ? Is portofolio related to tech about data analysis and market research is enough? How to more showcase myself? Thank you in advance!

I have been on a planned personal sabbatical this year pursuing personal interests. Now I’m ready to go back to work. I will have next week the second interview with an exec recruiter for a company for a Director level position reporting to the COO of the company. In addition to having relevant experience and accomplishments handy, I would appreciate any pointers for having a good interview at this level.

I interviewed with a company last week and the interviewer said he would submit my notes to the hiring manager and I would hear back this Monday from HR on next steps/if they want to move forward.
