Remind them of product usage analytics at least quarterly. Be sure to highlight recent feature launches or changes to showcase how their work from last quarter is actually being used.
I find a lot of developers take pride when their code lands a new client, or creates efficiencies that are proven in the metrics. It’s one thing to project an expected efficiency, it’s another when the stats prove the success.

That is true, developers beam in pride upon deployment.
My company doesn’t do this as much now but I used to do analytics reviews on a quarterly basis too. This way we can see how the things we launched in the last quarter impacted the KPIs and reset/align the next steps towards the vision.
I would do it as part of a quarterly roadmap review. We would revisit what our perspective was last time and then look at the impact our work had. This could then fuel how that learning or info fueled our decision to do whatever we are are doing next (staying the course or diverging/ pivoting)
