I’ve requested a transfer (not possible for 5 more months), filed an ADA request (ignored), and applied to many jobs w/o success. My manager said I could resign with 2 weeks, 1 week, or 1 day’s notice. I still have 6 PTO (paid out) & 2 sick days not paid out. Do I take PTO, work the holidays then resign? Or resign?

For example, if I'm GS 9, receive a promotion to GS 11 at the end of probation, would i be able to apply to GS 13 roles if I'm qualified? My supervisor gave me 8hours of AWOL because I couldn't show up one day because I was under anxiety. I have gave him letters from psychiatrist,psychologist that I'm passing through this. He didn't care and gave me an AWOL. I want to leave my job because my department is very toxic but I don't want to leave having that on my records.
If I move to another job later on (private or federal) this 8 hours of AWOL will show up?
