Assistant branch manager position at a credit union- what is your hourly rate?

Looking at PR jobs in Massachusetts and I'm not sure about salary range. Making $37,000 right now in NC and have been at the same company for two years since graduating college (haven't received any raises during this time). I know cost of living is more in MA, but I'm not sure what I should be asking for.

Accepted a Big4 workforce transformation consulting position at SA1 level with approx 2 YOE (also in workforce trans - joined first firm as a campus recruit) for 95K in NYC. Does this salary offer sound right or did they lowball me?

Think the below is a good offer, though the recruiter used "Sr. Manager" title while internally its only Manager level with "promise to elevate soon". Recruiter also said this is their max deal (take it or leave it):

Current company: cloud consulting, $190k base, $10k bonus, no stock

New company: fintech, $220k base, 15% bonus, $100k stock paid equally over 4years.

Little about me: 15+years in on-prem/cloud infrastructure, including 8 years of management of 8-15 people. 90% team vs 10% tech.

Seeking advice for moving from industry leadership role (dr of training) into HC consulting. 20+ years in TD (L&D, PC, OCM). Industry roles for last 5 years but spent most of my career in small consulting orgs.
CPTD but no degree (long story, about 15 cr shy). Would you suggest addl cert (CCMP, SHRM-C)? Will the lack of degree a no-go or is there a way in while I finish? A Sr director role is being dangled. Would the title bump help with the transition or do I risk missing a hot market?

How do you approach comp negotiation at the junior level? Especially if you think you’re being lowballed?

New SM at a firm and asked to lead a difficult project with abrasive client that 6+ SMs before me have cycled through and all been rolled off. I don’t have much of a choice being new to the firm… or do I? Joined an UMM fund a few months back and things have been pretty lax and we haven’t pursued a new platform yet. I informally accepted a position at Silicon Valley Bank, after attempting to negotiate a higher wage, the recruiter advised this wasn't a possibility. However, while completing the background check I received another offer from Wells Fargo. The SVB position most aligns with my career objectives but the Wells Fargo position pays more (13k difference). Should I have to constanly advocate for myself in order to ensure I'm receiving market comp? About 3 years ago I decided to test the job market and realized I was being paid 20% less than I could get elsewhere. When I told my boss I was quitting they secured me a 30% raise to keep me at the firm. Since then my raises have been pretty meager and looking around it seems like I could get a dramatic raise by leaving. Is this just how things are?
