I had my interview with Cognizant last month. HR round and salary discussion was completed on 27th September. The HR said offer letter would be released within 2weeks. Now it's already 2weeks. But I didn't hear back from the HR. What shall I do?Accenture Accenture India Tata Consultancy Capgemini

Leaving is almost always the solution if you’re looking for significantly better pay. I’ve never seen companies adjust more than like 5%. Even promotions in my experience are like 10% or maybe a tad bit more. I got 30% more by leaving the first time and like 50% more by job hopping a second time.
Honestly yes that seems like the best case especially if your skills are advancing and you’re not getting recognized for it
It sounds like you did the right thing. Some people are always looking into things. They're always waiting to hear from some mysterious figure upstairs who will provide the answer, but, come on, we all know what's going on with that. You're right, when they're just kicking the can down the road it's smart to just pack up and go.
I tried to get ahead of the comp discussions at least but yeah I was losing hope and I’m glad I made a move
