What are the things one needs to get confirmation about?

After 6 years of temporary contracts and unstable situations, I find my dream job in my dream company. All of a sudden the world goes upside down and I get laid off. They cant put me on performance defaulters as I voluntarily resigned and also got good feedback from client.
The reason I resigned was the sh^^head manager and project.
He said I would be released from project soon and then on bench but after resigning he is saying you have to serve the NP n we cant release early.
This is only option left to get released from this sh^t place

Im a ux designer, i got offer from wipro and leadsquared.
Package wise both are same.
Im confused to make a decision
Leadsquared is SaaS based company, i dont know if it comes under service or product company.!

Plus my main fear is, i heard we would be on bench, and if we do not get any project in 1 or 3 months, the they would kick us out.

Which one should i join.
