Autodesk Anyone wants to share insight of pay at autodesk based on their designation. I do see it's scaled like p1;p2;p3 level internally. So what's salary range difference based on that grade? Also once you join you get appraisal on standard rate like 10-20% hike only or if your position got changed you can expect more?

I’m about to give my notice at a firm I’ve been at for the majority of my legal career. They’ve recently offered me non-equity partnership (which I’ve accepted), w equity partnership on the horizon. I finally broke down and went back on HRT last week. I have been taking gabapentin for a nerve injury which I’ve learned helps hot flashes. I can’t tell a significant difference yet aside from maybe getting a little better sleep. I saw a new doctor (male) to get my prescription refilled and he seems to have a different philosophy than my last doctor (female). He wants me to be on HRT until 51, but after that he doesn’t recommend it. I hope by that age I’ll be off the gabapentin…
