Hi fishers! I have offer and signed contract with Deloitte UK and my start day is in the beginning of April. I need skilled worker visa, and we haven’t applied yet for that. Screening and onboarding is in progress. Immigration team doesn’t reply since reached me out 1st time. How much time does it usually needed to go through the whole process? How many days take for visa to be approved since application?Deloitte

I’d say Accenture because of Brand
Accenture for a couple of years then move to Baringa
Bigger brand name on CV gives you more options and leverage, plus unless you're on a technical track at ACN you can skip some levels (e.g. go straight from Consultant to Manager at ACN vs at Baringa you go from C to SC).

Baringa was great some years ago. I wouldn't recommend it anymore. Accenture has the better brand name. I would have said Baringa for the culture but it's now just the same as any other Big 4 or Accenture
Friendly suggestion, stay as far away as possible from Accenture!

Historically, Baringa was full of ex-Accenture folks. So culture would have been similar to traditional Accenture.
Over time they seem to have balanced that with lots of ex-Deloitte.
So as an outsider, it seems like Baringa has been on a positive trajectory.
As a current Accenture SM, I can tell you our culture has gone downhill. Morale is rock bottom, almost everyone has been denied promotions or payrises the last 3 years (and counting). Onshore jobs are being offshored at the first available opportunity.
I don’t think any of these negative factors are an issue at Baringa.
In the current climate I would go straight to Baringa without hesitation. And avoid Accenture at any rate.
