I have attended two interviews with cognizant for the same role. From that, I have got an offer letter from one panel and I am discussing with the HR about to make some salary revise.
Unfortunately, the second panel also processed my profile and it got short listed and they come back for a talk to process the offer letter. Now the first panel HR called me and asked about the second process why it got happened.
Does this results in any drawback for the offer letter i have got already?

I’m a CRC who manages Investigator- led clinical research projects and I want to transition to a PM role in industry (I would slightly prefer not a PM role in clinical trials since I don’t have clinical trial experience.) Junior here. How common is it to be nudged off a brief when you can't get ideas through internally? My partner and I are often put on the same briefs as more experienced (sometimes senior) teams. As a result, their work tends to make it through to the client presentation while most of ours dies somewhere along the way from CD to CCO. Is this worth worrying over?
