I am a Sr AD. I applied for a mid level role because I am desperate. They called to set up an interview but I noticed they recently posted a Sr AD role. How do I bring it up?

Did a first round interview Friday last week at Morgan Stanley, followed up with the recruiter and no response, the interview went really well in my opinion, should I move on or is it still too soon to know if I moved onto SuperDay

I feel like I was straight up lied to during the interview process. “lots of opportunities to hit quota”. I’m sitting here with only one demo two months after joining the company. it looks like our team has only two people doing demos, and demos are only happening once every two weeks. At this rate, I don’t think I’ll be even close to hitting OTE. Are there any other companies hiring right now? I am interviewing at a Production Studio and it’s going well. The majority of my experience is agency side. They mentioned base salary with commission, as they want to see growth in the next 3-5 years. There has been no talk of salary yet. What does a base salary for an EP with commission usually look like in this role? What should I be asking for? I have received an offer that would allow me to course-correct and advance past where I was before. I like my current firm and have put a lot of effort into making it my new home; however I don’t like my project and am stuck on it.
