I’ve been trying to figure out which diapers are actually worth buying for my baby.I’ve been looking at two options a lot lately: Pampers Baby Dry and Huggies Little Snugglers. Both seem very popular everywhere I look, and honestly, their reviews are mostly positive, but I want to know how they really perform in day-to-day use.

I just got an offer from a company that I have mixed feelings about. Team seems great but Glassdoor reviews, not so much. I'm two thirds through the PMA Core Certification, and the info is great but the tests are a joke. They need to contract with an educator that specializes in testing and assessment to come in and develop exams that actually measure if you know the material. The bad test design devalues the certification. Not to zero, but I definitely will not be proud to have earned it. It just means I had $1300 and sat through 15 hours of video lectures.

any insight into how a pmm skillset is different from a brand strategist one? of course the pmm applies insights to and influences the product, but it seems like a lot of the core elements - research, understanding the user, generating insights, developing messaging and angles to speak to them, etc are super similar. interested in transitioning and I want to understand where my gaps are!
