I am receiving an offer from EY in their climate change team as senior consultant (I believe S2). Salary: 110k, Bonus: 10k (need to stay for 2 years to fully keep it). My background is in environmental engineering and health and safety and I’ve worked in the field in consulting/industry for 6.5 years now.

Is this a good offer? Should I accept? My goals are both professional/financial growth in a good company.
This is AFTER I negotiated the first time salary( 95k and 10k bonus).

I’m currently in between jobs as a nurse but I do have multiple interviews coming up and have received some offers. I recently moved from PA to Central Virginia but I’m at a loss for how much I should be asking for for an hourly rate. In PA, I was making close to $31/hr. I have 4 years experience as a nurse, 1.25 in the operating room and 3 in an outpatient clinic. Any advice would be appreciated greatly!

I accepted an offer to join a v10 as a 5th year, with the goal of working for a few years then going in house at a potentially higher salary base. I now have an offer to go in house at a company that seems great, but the base salary is akin to that of a second year. I've been practicing for 10 years (switched practice areas 5 years in).
