Google Can anyone @google give me a referral for the APMM position in Singapore? Because there I would have a higher chance of getting selected with a referral I wanted to ask if anyone could help me out with that.
I know this is a lot coming from a stranger, I can show you my career portfolio deck and the resume if you only feel that I am a good fit you can refer me. If you think I am not fit, no hard feelings just feedback would do.

Do not neglect your mental health. Talk to your union, if you are lucky enough to have one. Make sure your contract is being followed, and remember that you may be the only one advocating for yourself, so stay strong!
I know in Texas there is a law that states teachers can refuse to have a certain student in their class. I invoked that law maybe 16 years ago. I was the only teacher at my school for that particular class. I said ‘nope’ and refused to have him. Said I talked with a lawyer and had it clarified for me. District backed down.
Does your state have something like that law? Maybe check it out. Also, I see you are SpEd...is there anything that can cover you there?
My advice: talk to a lawyer about removing the student from your roster/classroom. SpEd might protect him against assault charges (which I think a big load of crap!!!), but there’s got to be something that can protect you.
Don’t let your ‘first year’ status be a means of getting railroaded by your district. They will try. Talk to a lawyer; it can’t hurt you to know your rights. Goodness knows they don’t cover that during our cert process!
thank you
I’m so sorry you had to deal with such aggressive situations where you were victimized. I’m wondering how much support you can get from your principal/school/district by being the squeaky wheel, or is it hard to ask for help?
Do not talk to a lawyer- talk to the union first
