Hi, I'm getting lot of interview calls for SAP SD Consultant but they want someone experienced 2 to 3 years of experience, 1 or 2 implementation done, support or rollout etc, Relevant experience of sap is zero I have, for BFSI industry is 3+ years I've, so what would u suggest??I'm not getting any work, 5 months gap already now in doing SAP course, hana certifications etc,any fresher in SAP, how u made it in SAP? How common are credit checks for roles in accounting or finance positions? Will high utilization on credit card balances and low credit score be a deal breaker? I’ve been irresponsible and made mistakes, but wondering if I can switch jobs now or if I’m best off waiting 1-2 years and cleaning up my credit first.

Need career advice. Trying to break into a finance role, preferably an Analsyt role but I have no transferable experience. I left KPMG about a month ago to be a senior leader in a smaller tech company's finance function. It isn't bad, get pretty great flexibility... but I don't think I like it overall. How long do I have to stay until I can boomerang to consulting without it looking bad? Given the crazy hiring right now, can I do it sooner rather than later?
