Big 4 vs MBB, whats the culture breakdown? Im looking to join a tech practice with 3 YOE in data consulting at a mid sized firm and have been interviewing with Big 4

How can you gauge whether a LMM pe shop with limited past employees has a good culture or not? I’m interviews with a few but feel like I have no clue if itll be sweaty, chill, etc. What questions can I ask to get insight into this?
