IHC opportunities rarely get cold-emailed via recruiters, unless you’re already a seasoned attorney/IHC practitioner. You’ll need to work your network, check LinkedIn jobs, and review IHC boards like goinhouse.com
You usually just don’t. I would recommend setting up LinkedIn jobs alert.

Try to get as much client contact as you can now with clients you might want to work for at some point. Then maybe when you’re ready to go in house vocalize it to the partners and see if they can help place you with a client.
Apply to LinkedIn jobs, networking, talk to recruiters who specialize in inhouse roles, etc
