So ctc which comprises of fixed and variable. In variable I’m getting 1.2L. Basically 1.2L is the bonus (performance pay). So keeping aside like how much I will get, I want to understand “how will I get this?”

Like lets say if I join an ORG by june, so from when I will start getting bonus.

Will it be like I will be in performance cycle of oct to march and I will get half and from the month of april lets say I got 9% hike then from april I will start getting the hiked amt

I have declared my investments in tax declaration portal , still I see in monthly salary that there is huge tax deduction.
In my previous organization, once I declared my investments in the tax portal , then my salary was very less affected by tax deduction.
But in ey india , I don't see any effect after declaring my investments.
Kindly help me how to declare investments so that there will be less tax deductions from my salary .

But one peculiar thing is happening. I have appeared for 4 Cognizant interviews but in all I have been rejected. Whereas most of my friends had easily cleared Cognizant. I am switching tech, so I am a bit concerned like whether my knowledge is too shallow😐
