I’ve noticed myself getting a little complacent, though I’ve kept asking for more responsibilities as I get settled into my new role.
I’ll have a better idea by early next year on if there’s going to be a way for me to take on more and stay challenged.
You should do what you think is best for you. I don’t know what is best for you and don’t think I should convince you of anything.
For me, I think mental/physical/spiritual health > earnings potential. However, the difference between $120k and $155k almost has me reconsidering the priorities.

Yes if those were the reasons I left, $30,000 would not be worth it to me to go back.
It’s a modest pay raise for significantly more time and effort.
