Can anybody give salary ranges for GSD/ESD/VP level?

When you meet with a partner for a new assignment. Do you bill for that time? I’m a new associate, so I don’t know. On the one side it seems that meeting and conferring for an assignment requested by the the client would be billable since it’s using firm time and resources. On the other side, we are just talking about how to tackle the assignment and not tackling the assignment itself.

Anyone have a personal to do list software/program/tool that they would recommend for keeping track of never ending workstreams, tasks, timelines, and status of that work? Keep hearing about Monday but thought that's more project management. What is something good for personal use that doesn't offer collaboration or access to other users?

I notice social strategist tend to get way more into the executional portion, even writing copy etc. whereas brand strategy tends to roll off once the briefing process is done.
