A&M is better
I think A&M now has more Kearney people than Kearney does.
They seem pretty similar. A&M pays better and has better leadership. Kearney has more perks and infrastructure (training, boondoggles etc).

A&M1: Boondoggles = Sustainability
Also, Kearney training is practically non existent and has a very lean infrastructure (like A&M, but A&M passes that on in the form of significantly higher comp than Kearney).
K >>>>> A&M obviously.
lol
A&M is def better
Tough times at Kearney these days K1 and K2?
It’s been like this for 2+ years. It’s just how it is here.

A&M is far superior — an actual T2.
A&M 100%. Been here 7 years and gone from BA to Principal. This firm is eroding from within, been rather sad to watch the downfall, especially in the last 18-24 months.
Get trained at Kearney and hired into A&M for better pay.
Worked at both. A&M is better in my view. Much better pay if you hit your numbers and interesting work. Less politics too.
A&M hands down. Kearney has been going down hill since late 2022
There’s no question A&M is better
By all means, avoid A&M…
What role at A&M should I be targeting that’s equivalent to A at K?
We don’t have Partners or Principals, we only have MD
Our levels are
MD
SD
D
M
SA
A

I’ve never seen anyone level up and very, very rarely come over parallel. So I am trying to ask what your levels are because the BCG and Alix people that have come over have been leveled down, and specifically B4 Directors come over as manager. I haven’t met anyone from Kearney at the firm so trying to calibrate how an Associate should come over as a Manager
