I have observed that people on testing domain or frontend are getting better pay than other new tech domains like blockchain, cyber security, data sci etc(4-11yr exp) .
For less than 4 years experience new tech job gettig good pay but others getting very less.

In dev job Java, spring r etc getting better pay. Also some SAP consultant are also get paid high.
Is exp people in testing/frontend dev are less due to which they getting better pay than others with experience.

I have 9.5 yrs of experience and am currently level 62 in Microsoft. I feel I should be Senior SE in Microsoft (level 63) but when I got microsoft offer last year the HR said it is the maximum they can give. Fixed base is 28 LPA. HR is scheduling the interviews without checking time with me. One interview was scheduled and then it was rescheduled to a different time at last minute.
