I think the average salary for that position is somewhere around ₹620,000. I’m assuming you could get more depending on your experience level though.

Hey, that should be a thing with your experience. If you have more experience, you're paid a little higher than your colleagues. Moreover the figures are an average, so you might fall in the maximum category of the salary range listed.

I just got a call from AWS and they stated they would like me to interview for a Cloud Support Engineer (Windows) because of my strength in Windows according to those that interviewed me for my final round loop interview. I asked for specifics like level, pay range, etc but they did not have the details. I am concerned because the Cloud TAM role I applied for initially was local to me and I think it might be a step down from TAM but I am not sure. Does anyone know? Is this normal?

Am I overreacting in this scenario? My aunt passed away this week. The entire extended family is vaccinated and coming together this weekend for her memorial gathering & funeral. My older sister flew in from NYC and didn’t tell anyone that she had a fever the past few days. She has not been tested for Covid, and exposed my father who picked her up from the airport. He is making her get a Covid test today. I don’t think she should attend any event & potentially expose older family members. AITA?

Hello! Seeking advice regarding our mortgage company not complying with our FHA Loan Closing Disclosure.Per FHA requirements, homeowners insurance has to be collected through escrow. However they've only been paying property taxes. This extra money that accumulated in escrow won't cover what's owed to insurance because property taxes and insurance went up. Thus leaving us with a large chunk of change that we will have to front. Had this been done correctly in the first place, we wouldn't have cared about up

McKinsey 🐠, how is the culture at the Charlotte office and do you know how large it is?

I was caught off guard at my compensation meeting by getting a raise to $100k but also getting a promotion. The raise was decent and it was the minimum I was expecting, but since I got promoted as well I thought the amount should have been higher. We offered a potential candidate $100k for my previous title. For future reference, how can I bring that up without sounding ungrateful and unappreciative? Thoughts?
