Anyone has experience going from a small firm with audit background (cpa, 4 years experience, supervisor) to a big 4 specifically Deloitte for Controllership advisory? Also any salary expectations for senior consultant?

Deloitte folks - BAL lawyers are not sharing a copy of my LCA with me. Is this allowed by law? My understanding is that it was a document that should be available to other employees of the company too

Should respect be EARNED or GIVEN? 🤔 Chime in.

I come from the European culture of education where teachers are highly respected - very much like in the Japanese society where teachers get the utmost respect, as high as if not even higher than doctors / surgeons.

Students stand up when the teacher enters the classroom, say “hello” when seen in the hallway, etc. Teachers are (or at least are expected to be) GIVEN the respect by students. Seems in the US respect has to be EARNED.

How long it takes to release TCS offer letter?

I think it is ridiculous that PMs are expected to take notes during client calls. The Account team should document client feedback or if the feedback is minimal, the creative team should take their own notes on what changes the client wants. Today an AM said that a new creative was used to the PM giving them notes and micro-managing their time. I told them I don't have the capacity to micro-manage the creative and that we are all adults and could take notes during the call. Am I wrong?
