D1 I just checked and in strategy practice at KPMG directors VC is 0% to 30%, 80% range (blue bar) is 7% to 17%.
From what I understand salary starts at 225, average bonus is about 10%, so to start it’s about 250k total comp...I don’t know the high range but I’d image it goes up to 350 or something around there.
Usually the high range is for those good old 10+ year directors....lazy kids, they do NOTHING.
These numbers sound bogus
D1 if you’re in the M&A group please share your own comp data if you’d be so kind.
I’m in the M&A group at KPMG, partner mentioned manager salary range is 160 to 190, then he said directors start at 225.
Im trying to share what I’ve been told from a credible source. I think if you share information we would all benefit.
I'm in MC and we aren't anywhere close to that high a range. I know DA is higher but that seems unbelievably high given that MD would overlap a large amount. Not sure though, would like to hear from anyone who actually knows.
Advisory stated bonus range for Director is 3-11% with extreme cases 0-15% so average bonus of 10% also not realistic.
MBA seniors start at 140k salary. That I actually know.
OP I hope this helps. Also, i hope others post for more information.
Nice! Thanks SA1. Well not so nice since the rest of us get peanuts but good for DA.
D1 if you want to work banker hours without banker pay come on over, we are hiring like crazy.
