My preference is to remain with Deloitte and transfer - can Deloitte put me through without the lottery? Are there stipulations such as minimum tenure or degree types etc?

Well I worked and got appreciated by the client , always exceeded expectations on clients side (have thank you's and appreciation on mail) . My rating is 3 stating "aapko ek hi saal hua h". Got opportunity for a global meeting to attend in Europe but my PM destroyed that opportunity for me. Past 3 days haven't worked a bit ,felt disappointed and am feeling depressed, it would have been my first abroad visit and the Visa is going to haunt me for the rest of my life.
