Can anyone recommend the best source to learn R from the basics? I have few basic concepts but didn’t used it to practice.

All these are good answers. Just understand that really learn R you need to use R. So after you get the basics, try forcing yourself to do every work task in R. Use R instead of dbeaver, excel even MS Word.
