Maxed out Roth IRA contributions when I wasn't eligible for 2021 (got a salary bump mid year). Do I need to recharacterize? It's a very small account that's been open for only two years. Hello all! I am an ophthalmic technician in Orlando FL with 10 years of experience across many specialties including refractive surgery, retina and glaucoma. I was a scrub tech for 2 years and I have set up an entire practice from the ground up (entire OR and all diagnostic equipment, hiring and training staff, etc.) I am currently making $25/hour but I feel like with my experience I should be making more. My 7 yr old nephew has a small frame compared to his same aged or younger friends. This maybe because he is a dec born kid, so compared to kids in his class he is the youngest. He has been facing a lot of bullying from his friends. They throw away things he may like, or try to break his newly gifted watch or hit him. His parents (my sis and bro in law) are great parents btw. So they are also looking for ways to help him.
