Currently making 56k as a first year Tax Staff, what percentage or ranges should I be looking towards ? Regionally known firm.

Accounting advisory big4 or IA at F100. Both senior roles. Roughly same base pay.

Big4 has clear trajectory and interesting work.

F100 has 14% bonus, perm remote, and immediate vesting 401k over 7%.

What would you take?
