Can anyone share if they have negotiated with accenture with counter offer ? I have got offer from IBM so i am thinking of negotiating with Accenture . Do accenture ask to share whole offer letter in this process or only offered ctc part only? Which org will be best to join between these 2 even if accenture matches IBM offer.

From my experience if you are not in good project then it is bad and internal movement is there but your manager has to allow it even if you get selected by another team manager, They don't fire you easily they just kept shifting you to one project to another if you are not in their good or bad side just somewhere in middle
