I've become really jaded about consulting. I find all so often you need to tell the client what they want to hear to keep their business and I feel like so much of the what I recommend doesn't actually get implemented. I'm looking to make a career switch so I can both create and execute on my strategies. A product management path seems very promising for this.

Don't you think that this latest trend of diversity and all where corporates are trying to paint themselves as inclusive by hiring people from different diversities just for the sake of it is leading to a lot of identity politics where deserving people are snatched off of some opportunities just because they don't fit in to that criteria of diversity. I work as web developer in a startup company (now acquired by bits in glass). I got a certification of Associate Developer, but don't have a project experience

My current company doesn't provide any good hikes or opportunities to grow. Should I try to get a job in MNC or just stay and practice on some projects first.

P.S Company doesn't provide any document related to merger with BIG and pressuring to sign a bond for 3 years.
