It will be a sort of role-play demo session, where the team will want to understand how I present, how I manage a room, how I keep my audience engaged and also your technical abilities when asked regarding the solution. I have a liberty to choose any data science related product. I am essentially confused as to what product to choose, and how to structure the presentation. I wanted to get people's opinions on leetcode, codewars etc when prepping for interviews. Any good recommended books on how to build a scalable product and team? I'm looking for recommendations for two areas: 1) in general laying the groundwork in a startup to have the tools and especially processes in place to scale, and 2) tactical focus on building a SaaS project. I am fairly new to LGL (10 months in). I had been practicing criminal law before. I really like LGL because I get to work on something new every day and most of the questions posed to me require creative thinking/solutions. But I do find myself feeling discouraged many days bc there is just so much I don’t know. I understand things will get better and may come easier to me with time and experience. How long did it take for you to feel comfortable and feel like you have a handle on most issues?

My dad who lives in Asia just announced that he had a medical issue. I’m starting to enter the age where I’m going to take care of him financially. It’s a $2,000 hospital bill which in the US is nothing compared to what it represents there (which he can’t afford). He’s going to be fine! My husband just received a job offer on an opportunity he is really excited about. I am project manager in clinical research industry (CRO). After earning PhD, I gave up my science dream to take a more stable job. After slowly climbing the ladders, I feel like I finally got a seat at the table. Half the days I like the hustle, but now I miss being creative. I want to take more brainstorming, decision making responsibilities but I don’t see that in the career path for PM. Career path usually goes like this- Sr PM, Director, Sr Director, and so on. But all do same work.
