Can anyone share the total comp range of senior consultant in BCG India with 2 years of exp. I recently read it’s 1 Cr and this sounds too high, given I know some pretty senior people( Indian COOs of publically traded global F500 companies in India) who make ~1.5 Cr total comp. Hi All, I have two offers on hand.

1. Deloitte - 12.5 LPA Fixed + 1.25L Variable along with 2L joining bonus and 2L retention bonus.

2. PWC - 13 LPA Fixed + 2L joining bonus and permanent WFH.

Yoe is 2.8 and tech stack is DotNet Dev.

Wouldn't it be terrible if there's a circle of hell 🔥 for people who wasted food? Like you'd have to eat all of the rotten food you left in your fridge and threw away in restaurants.

One of the reasons I want to transition from industry to consulting (tier 1) is that I get frustrated when I have to collaborate with mediocre people. My assumption is that Tier 1 consulting firms hire really sharp people and if I can get in, I’ll be collaborating with folks on top of their game (not expecting much from clients). I’m aware there are personal aspects I need to work on like my mindset, patience etc etc, but I just get so frustrated with blatant stupidity.

I want to start bringing my PS4 with me while I travel, but I'm maxed out in carry-ons. 😞
