Can anyone tell interview timeline between 1st and 2nd round. I had my interview in November 2025, after that I have not heard anything back now December is also ending. In the career page it shows as IN consideration.

Has anyone here use a resume writer before to help them rewrite their resume? I feel like trying to write about myself and be objective isn't the easiest thing. Get me in front of a hiring manager for an interview and have no problem talking about myself and my history. Getting it on paper and past the ATS is a different story.

If so, anyone you would recommend? Anything to look out for or suggest?

I have cleared interview with Wipro a month ago and after 15 days I received a simple mail from HR saying you are selected.

Since that day, there is no communication from HR team of Wipro . I tired of sending multiple emails and when I tried to call he always declines my call.

Between director of respected technology is reaching me and he wants me to join ASAP and take over the project work.

What should I do now?
