Question on sponsoring my sibling - If my Parents are US citizen and they sponsor for my sister who is married and age of 35. How long it can take for her to get green card?

Anybody with a priority date of mid-late 2015 that is considering switching jobs? I have an offer that I was about to sign, but saw that priority dates for filing in EB2 are already at sep 2014 this April. That makes me wonder if i could either miss my window or worse if the date becomes current while my new employer is still doing PERM. Anyone else faced this situation in the past or looked at it more deeply? Recommendations for good lawyers for advice also appreciated.

The immigration firm(for the new company I’ve accepted offer from) reached out with a link to put in my details for H1 transfer. They specifically mentioned that they won’t support dependent immigration.
My wife is on H4, how do I go about her immigration requirements? Does she need a transfer or amendment on current visa once I get my visa transferred?

Hi All! Looking for some advice. I am a manager a country club but I do everything. I’m in charge of outside events and member events, in charge of the front of house staff, scheduling, ordering and membership sales for the club. I feel I am very underpaid at $45k. I do get commission but it’s very low ($10k give or take for the year). I work 6/7 days a week sometimes 10+ hrs/day. I’ve been researching salaries to be able to negotiate higher pay. I want to ask for $60k-is this reasonable?

My husband just received a job offer on an opportunity he is really excited about. It would be great for his career and they are giving the 15% jump in base he asked for, however they won’t share what the target bonus amount would be. It’s an executive director position, so I would assume it’s a decent target bonus, but without that in writing it could honestly be a gift basket at the end of the year. Is it a red flag for them to not share this? His total comp could be less at this new job…

Should I Go Back and Reneg? Recently I was offered a role as a Project Implementation Manager (In Retirement Services) .The salary range for Colorado residents was 65-89K. I’m located in NY so the recruiter said he would try to get me more. Ultimately he came back at 90K which is a bit inline with that I was seeing on Glassdoor but approx looks like I may leave 10-12K on the table. Hello I’m curious on how to bring this to my supervisor attention. A few months back all the techs got a raise based on how long they have had been a tech. A coworker and I Both have been a tech for the same amount of years but she got 1.50 more than I did. How do I bring this up as the supervisor mentioned that we shouldn’t be talking about our raises.

I recently interviewed for VMLY & R for a senior account executive…I asked for $85k - $95k they said max they can do is $85k and that’s pushing but u looked on Glassdoor and the average is like $115k should I keep pushing for more?
