Can anyone tell me what the typical percentage salary increase is moving BIG 4 firms? The move would be senior manager to senior manager.

I'm sure this has been asked before, but what is the typical SALT managing director salary at both a mid-tier and Big 4 in a southeastern market? (Think Atlanta, Raleigh, etc.) Is there generally just a percentage increase going from Sr. Manager to MD or is it more of a once you hit MD you start at "x comp"?
