Can I apply for a different role after completing 1 year in Accenture but the catch is that I have not worked for any particular role for 1 year. 2 different projects for totally different clients and different roles (7+5=12 months)

I seem to always bomb the first round of any case interviews despite practicing and prepping… Anyone have any tips or am i just stupid? 😂

I have cleared all the interviews for Walmart and salary negotiations are also done. A month ago the recruiter said that they are waiting on some approvals and once it is done we will be issuing the offer letter but I haven't heard back any other update since then. Am I getting rejected or is it normal to be on hold without any update for a month at this stage?

Recruiting just let me know they will NOT be sending me to the the hiring committee but want to stay in touch about other potential roles. Is this what they tell everyone?

But my project is working only on back end with 10 years old tech stack. There is no front end work at all. What should I do?
