I'm serving notice period in TCS and my last day is in 2 weeks. I requested for pickup of laptop in the portal but I came to know that it will take time for pickup and I won't be available if they come late. So I decided to go to office and surrender the laptop as I'm in the location of office only. Is there a seperate request to be raised for surrender of laptop and how to cancel the existing request for pickup. Please guide.Tata Consultancy

Read “Lead with Mercy” by Rob Goodson — introverted VP at BAH who has been wildly successful.
Not only sustain, but thrive. Introverts have several strong natural abilities such as actively listening. The places they lack, they can train.
Yes, I've found my introverted tendencies help a lot. Although eventually you need to find your voice and be ready to present and lead.
Yes
As an introvert, he last thing I want to be is the center of attention. So when I step into something I do it prescriptively and purposely.
I’m not interested in being the smartest person in the room and using the right vernacular. I want to be clear and concise using every day language so my clients to feel that I am working to help them with their problems versus an upsell
This is exactly how I feel!

My husband is going to be the youngest partner at his firm (smaller consulting firm but he brings home the 🥓) he is as introverted as they come . He is problem solving skills are over and above the superficial F50 CEO trusts him . Last month he sold over 3 MM worth of projects. So yes there is room for introverts but not at firms where you have a snake pit of superficial loud talkers at the top ..
What firm?
I’d say there are more introverts than extroverts one consulting.
Fake it til you make it
The better piece of advice is to ask for help
yep. 13 years.
Half of my company is introverts and we grow like crazy so yes...
Of course. I would argue introverts would be better consultants than extroverts since they tend to listen better. Ultimately, the client and their needs come first. I would think introverts do a better job of understanding those needs, goals, and expectations. I’m an extrovert btw.
