Just wear the damn mask and get the damn vaccine, that's my thought. I'm sick and tired of people thinking about this issue when they clearly have no qualifications to be thinking about it. What kind of data are you looking for, please tell me, what kind of data do you need and what exactly is that data going to tell you?
Firms have to make sure people who are actually compromised and scared are somewhat comfortable, they have no interest in listening to or answering questions from the contrarians right now.
Associate 6, thanks for being one of the only reasonable and logically people on this app. The reason I didn’t include that in my original post is because I didn’t want to bias the responses in any way but I guess that backfired since the rage over the unvaccinated kicked in so quickly for all these other responders.
I have no idea how people can purport to scrutinize the data behind mask mandates for unvaccinated but have absolutely no concept of how to use the term “discriminatory practice.”
I can kinda support that you should be able to have a personal choice on whether or not to get a vaccine - but not when you complain about the consequences.
The rudeness is appropriate and well deserved.
Even assuming transmission rates are the same… your “logic” is faulty. It assumes that both vaccinated and unvaccinated are already infected. The truth of the matter is that breakthrough infections in vaccinated people are rare. It is much more likely that a non vaccinated person has covid in the first place, even if transmission rates are similar.
A2, my opinions on health related inconsistencies have nothing to do with my practice. Have a nice day.
Put on a mask and stop complaining. Or get a vaccine.
There's that neverending and unquestioning obedience you'd expect from a counsel that couldn't make partner.
My thought is that you sound annoying
Here’s the same input from an attorney - can we get a partner on board? And an equity partner?
My entire family is physicians. Every single one of them reiterates that vaccines work and fight the virus more effectively. I have seen first-hand loved ones pass away from catching COVID before the vaccine was available. Please keep an open mind and get vaccinated.
Wait, so you’re saying attorneys with no medical training don’t know more than MIT and Harvard PhD scientists and doctors? This hard truth is going be an ego blow if they can even begin accept it. 😆
We can’t keep explaining to you what doctors have been saying about vaccines for decades. If you’re not getting it by now, you’ll never catch up to us.
Needing 30 years to understand something so basic is alarming and should be the focus of your concern.
I’m sorry you don’t know how long vaccines have been around and that you are so easily triggered. Gotta toughen up to be in litigation.
so that we can see who you lepers are
Stop listening to hack medical opinions and political pundits who know even less. The top physicians in our country agree - and anyone with any common sense should understand - vaccines work. They help you and help others. Doctors who are not whackos will tell you that an unvaccinated person who becomes infected expels much more virus than those who are vaccinated. Also, if everyone took the vaccine early on, we wouldn’t have such a problem with the variants. Those who are not getting vaccinated are slowing down a return to normalcy. It’s that simple. Get smart and get vaccinated.
You say you’re fully vaccinated and you think policies requiring masks only for unvaccinated people single them out. Simple solution: wear a mask in solidarity with all the poor, unvaxxed, discriminated-against colleagues you claim to champion.
That is exactly what I am doing every day that I’m in the office and using common area spaces.
