Hi All,
Has anyone joined Accenture early and recieved joining bonus.?
I have been recieving mail like if I can join in this month I will get bonus as well as notice period buy out amount reimbursement.
But they are not mentioning JB amount before I confirm them when I can join.
I have 11 fixed offer, how much I can receive JB if I join month early??

They didn't even bother to reply once their work was done.
Same here. It's so frustrating. They never respond . There is no escalation matrix and the helpdesk is a helpless desk .
I have seen far better hr communications at Infosys .

Same experience here.. After accepting the offer no one coordinated on Date Of Joining.. glad i didnt resign.. literally such pathetic communication.
My poc hr has not contacted me even once . Is it happening to anyone ?
I got offer on 8August, joining is of 6Nov, got early release from current Org, the POC doesn’t even pick calls nor replies to mail. what a company….I an studying hard in this 1 month gap, to get good offers, I am fearful of getting scammed here

Tcs is upfront in saying , they can't match the offer . They end things well . The same goes for Capgemini.
Accenture HRs are at some other level , it's like they are on a hiring spree but they forgot to plan on how to close the cases .
Same situation not responding to mail or call.
But says "feel free to reach out if you have any query or require any information"

Not only Accenture, i had same experience from Capgemini and TCS. They are also doing same like us we are looking for higher packages and they are looking for low budget resources and they have to get response from BA team and all
We can not blame them blindly but overall process the communication via phone is really bad, when the requirement demand is low
Why you need to protect your self ... We want to just implement the proper communication process and reply to the query. If there is demand or not. but again Accenture HR is very poor in communication..
